That's got nothing to do with skipping the Portland game last week. That certainly looked like he was going to miss the game and he decided he wanted to start his All-star break early.

every single thing surrounding gordon has been shitty...what is his injury again? who knows?
keep on with your man crush, but i don't think it's gonna last forever.

Yeah I can't figure that one out. They said that he wanted to play through it but our staff wanted to hold him out so it's strange that he wouldn't be there.
no, it isn't...it's consistent with who eric gordon has been from day one...head in the sand
...apparently, the hornets are actively trying to trade this guy. Why would they be doing that if they have him locked up for 4 years?

Like how he's become much more positive about the team this year? He hasn't done anything wrong after the Phoenix incident except get hurt. He's always complimenting teammates and has been at almost every game except for during his rehab cheering on the team. And apparently the specialist in Chicago was able to diagnose his injury and set him up on a rehab plan.
You say I have a man crush but you seem to be the one who's letting his butthurt cloud his judgment.

1 game missed this year not due to rehab=consistent. Got it. Butthurt.

Testing the market to see if they can get a good deal. If we can get a good deal for a guy with injury problems then that's fine. There's just no reason to get bad value 1/2 a year through his contract.

give him a medal for doing the bare minimum after all the crap. laughable.

ya, apparently...still not buying that Hornets doctors are so stupid and terrible, and couldn't find an injury.

nope...i have zero butthurt. i'm just ready for this saga to be over. The writing is on the wall, just like it was with Chris Paul. No one wants to accept it.
We'll see what the Gordon apologists have to say about the situation when he is no longer on the team, and then we will know whose judgments were clouded.

Well what else do you want him to do? Give out blowjobs in the locker room?
Posted on 2/20/13 at 4:27 pm to tehchampion140
he bought breakfast that one time

i don't want him to do anything, but he created his shitty image...and he deserves it.
you just want to ignore phoenix and say since then he's been pretty good.
...actively trading guys causes butthurt. It's a young player on a max contract. the hornets aren't just trying to see what's out there. they're trying to move on from him

Brooklyn is trying to give Brooks, Humphries and a 1st away
lets go get that
lets go get that

It's almost like a disorder. There was a little bit of a bone bruise, and, you know, kind of like some of these other guys like (Andrew) Bynum and (Danny) Granger. Luckily my process will be shorter than that.

What do they want?

I've seen their name connected to Josh Smith and Dwight Howard, so I would assume they want whatever Atlanta or the Lakers want.

unless there is something personal with him (ie Thornton), then what is the point of trading him?
the point in trading him is, like i said, the Hornets not believing he will be able to stay healthy.
And honestly, the media and fan criticism is already to a point where Gordon pretty much cannot stay. Which sucks, because i like him. But that is just the way these things usually play out. He'd really really really really have to do something to win them back. A hot start next year coupled with being injury free leading to the break would probably do it.

ya, it seems like it's inevitable at this point....but he caused it
Posted on 2/20/13 at 5:27 pm to drake20
not sure that he caused it
people flipped out about his hand last week or whenever it was, and it turned out that they made him sit out.
same with the back 2 backs. that's not his decision according to McNamara.
shite Fletcher mackel fired up his blog the night it was announced he was sitting because of his hand, bashing the shite out of him about how he decided not to play, and the next day it came out that the team forced him to sit.
Of course, no apology from him. But as big of a douchebag he is, he has a voice, and it kind of sucks it has to be like that.
