The criticism of Gayle Benson to the medical staff is ridiculous. It's difficult to win in this league the way the rules are set up. If you read enough of the complaining, and hear the dumb talking heads on the tube you just may start to believe some of the crap. Winning a championship is hard. Give this franchise a chance and it will happen, but please stop all the bullshite talk about the team moving to another city. Listen fans, we have a wonderful owner. Be patient.

It doesn't help that our superstar is a huge pussy who misses time for every minor ailment. Also, our second best player had a degenerative knee issue when we got him.

I love the pels but they got long dicked by the NBA/lebron/Lakers by having to play Davis the rest of the season. He’s MEGA injury prone and pels have nothing to play for. He gets slapped with a 50k fine, might as well been 50 cents, pels get threatened with franchise altering penalties if they don’t adhere to his demands.

This is all a terrible set up that’s going to cost our city a franchise. It sucks that lebron/magic can so easily win this war vs a large business like the pels but that’s how the nba works I guess.

You’re wrong, it’s different MDs but still under Ochsner umbrella.

Exactly. There's no question that the Pels have had bad luck with injuries. Very bad luck. We'll never know what would have happened if Boogie doesn't get hurt. I remember they had won eight of nine and looked unstoppable. Who knows, maybe Boogie comes back, and AD stays. We'll see, but if Davis walks and the Pels get Tatum, Jaylen Brown, Morris , or Smart, plus draft choices. The Pels would be a very good team with a bright future.

Why in the hell would New Orleans lose the franchise?? Why do you say that? Gayle Benson owns the franchise. She has no plans to sell the franchise. The NBA cannot make her sell the franchise !!! The Pels make money without putting one fan in a seat. The team each year appreciates in value.

I don't get the whole injury debate, even when it happened to Cousins. There isn't an injury that will diminish Davis's value. Even if he tears his knee up, teams will still want and pay him top money. They won't care if he had to sit out a year.

I don't like him playing and its going to be bad when he takes the court. I would bet that he doesn't make it a few games until they agree that it's alright for him to stay at home (say it is a minor injury). Its going to be a shitshow..

If AD tears a knee up or something worse than that his trade value will absolutely dimish. Yes, we will still have suitors and get a decent haul but it will be similar to Eric Gordon being a key piece in a CP3 deal. RIP Pels if that happens

Dwight Howard had back surgery and missed the rest of the season. The Lakers traded for him, waived the physical and he was limited for almost the whole season they had him and they still offered him the max. The Magic got a great haul for him. This happens all the time. Nothing changes if Davis gets hurt..

Dude the teams been here since 2002.

And we’ve won 2 playoff series.

I get preaching patience if we lead already committed to a tank but we were in win now mode and aren’t making the playoff.
