Zion, Trey, all of the picks, what’s left of the Honey Bees and Cafe Du Monde.

Sounds good. But at 30 years old, you probably don't have enough time to build around him in his prime to contend especially in a small market like us.

It's one thing to give up picks, but if you have to give up everything to land him, you're not going anywhere especially on a team that won't be an apron team.

I’d give it all up. He is good enough to pull in the FAs you need…then sign the right supporting pieces, which I believe we have many already.

Players signing with a non-destination team who isn’t currently a competitor, Jokic or not, will be a tough sell.

Nah I need to keep one of Zion and Trey.

If Pels get the number one or two pick i wouldn't hate a godfather offer for Z/picks turning into Jokic

Jokic immediately makes you a competitor.

Are we just going to ignore his current situation and how his team is struggling without depth?

Thr Knonke's have money and resources too. So it's not like he is being denied anything.

The Kronkes hired a GM who mismanaged the roster in both drafting and offering contracts.

Outright spending isn’t the issue as much as the cap changes meant that their mistakes caught up with them really fast due to the second apron.

It would be more fun than watching what we have watched the past four years.

He would all of a sudden start getting hurt, same as every player in Pelicans history *shrugs*.

He'd finish a season averaging 35/15/14 over the span of the 4 games he would play before being out for the season.

I don’t think our team would be competitive after trading for Jokic. It would take so much to get him that there would be anything left to put around him. It would take like Zion, Trey, and every pick we could trade.

I don’t think Post Achilles Murray, Herb, CJ and Jokic is winning anything

Those are better teammates than he has in Denver
