so i am gonna propose a hopeful trade...
peja, brackins, and songaila for biedrins and ellis
plus maybe a second round pick to push this over the edge
any other proposed trades?

I dont want Ellis. Thornton and him on the floor at the same wouldnt quite work. I wouldnt mind Biedrins though. But if we got him, id want Okafor included in the deal. And since that would be hard to accomplish, im good staying where we are.

i dont think the warriors would roll with that trade anyway. i know they are anxious to split up ellis and curry though. we could definitely use a guy like biedrens.

Next offseason we give Thornton our MLE and we would still hve the option of extending West under his bird rights.
If the Nuggets really would take a trade offer of Gallinari, Curry, and a 1st for Melo the Hornets could easily creat a better package centered around West and Peja.

How about Peja and West for Melo this year, but after this year do a sign and trade with the Knicks

Knicks should have the cap space next season to sign Melo straight up. If the Knicks did a S&T would be for a decent to good PG.
