In preparation for Super Bowl LIX events, ASM Global and the city of New Orleans will implement changes to parking and traffic patterns that will affect New Orleans Pelicans home games from January 7 to February 13, 2025. To accommodate these changes, the Pelicans are crediting the full amount of parking fees to fans who have already purchased parking passes. ADA Parking: Reserved parking will be available on the first floor of Champions Garage. Game-Day Parking Purchases: On-site parking sales will not be available, and parking passes are non-transferable. However, fans can electronically transfer passes. Day of game parking will continue to be available at private lots and garages within walking distance of the arena. For the January 29 and 31 games, premium parking will shift to Champions Garage, with the lower levels designated for premium ticket holders. Other parking areas will remain unaffected. For the February 12 and 13 games, the parking plan will revert to the January 7–22 arrangement, with premium parking returning to Garage 1. Rideshare Encouraged: Due to the Super Bowl preparations’ impact on parking and traffic, the Pelicans strongly encourage fans without parking passes to use rideshare services for transportation to and from the game. Designated rideshare drop-off zones will be available at Duncan Plaza. Fans are encouraged to plan ahead, arrive early, and use rideshare services whenever possible to ensure a smooth game-day experience. Detailed parking maps and instructions will be available on the Pelicans' website and sent to ticket holders in advance of each game affected.
