Zion's defense is incredible.

We've just seen some beautiful basketball from the Pels tonight in the first half.

No Trey and no Herb, and everyone else has stepped up. This is the first year that Willie has really been able to run his style of basketball, with lots of quick movement and getting up shots early in the shot clock.

Fears having himself a very nice bounce back game. You can see the talent but it's going to take time for him to put it all together. Right now he looks a lot better with the starters with the spacing they provide.

Peavy is going to be a rotational player. I don't see how Willie is going to keep him off the floor. He's a good role guy.

Bey could be the bench scorer we need to emerge.

And the shooting reminds me of the 23 team.

fricked Jose is injured. Hope it's just a slight hyper extension. It was non contact too.

Nah it was knee to knee. Hoping just a contusion.

Missi looks worth getting excited about again. Defense still needs to improve but he’s developing offensively everywhere

Watched it carefully. Jose took contact to the inside of his right knee, pushing it towards the outside. It's not a contusion.

It looked like Jose was initially concerned that he might have suffered a very serious injury, but then the trainer did the quick ACL check, and then Jose seemed relieved and got up.

That makes me hope that it's just a knee sprain.

EDIT: Willie indicated after the game that Jose will get an MRI after they get back to New Orleans.

EDIT: Injuries caused by contact to the inside of the knee, pushing it outward, are far less common than the other way around. ChatGTP says that a sprain or tear of the LCL is possible.

Yes to both. If we stay healthy until Murray returns then I just see absolutely no minutes for Jose/ Hawk. I'd rather give them playing time somewhere else and add in 1 more certified player/ vet.
