Is the delay going to do more harm than good? An extra day or two of rest would have helped but it's going on a full week without meaningful basketball?

All it takes is one play for our hopes to be shattered....I'll take long rest over an extra 48, 96, or 144 minutes of potential injury.

I understand that. What I'm saying is that game 3 should be at 7:00 CST, but it won't be. They'll push it to 8:30 so that it makes it easier for those arse-packers to watch it, but we don't get the same benefit. Our road games start at 9:30 for us.

if game 3 is a weeknight game it will likely start at 8 or 830pm (just like OKC & HOU last nite). if game 4 is on sunday it would be a later afternoon tip.

there would never be a WC weeknight playoff game that tips at 5PM PDT. TV wont allow that, nor should they

Seems like their fault for living in a shitty time zone, IMO

Then why allow our games to start at 10:30 EST? It's a huge double standard.

Population by Time Zone:

Central 240,597,708
Eastern 203,903,159
Pacific 61,526,852
Mountain 32,872,730

So..........

Eastern has twice as much as Pacific and Mountain combined.

Central has about 4 times as much as Pacific.

Eastern has over 3 times as much as Pacific

Central + Eastern have nearly 5 times Pacific + Mountain

But sure, let's just cater everything to the dickweeds.

Is there more money for games to start later for 60M or end before 1 a.m. for 204M?

when the pels move to the EC you can have your 7pm home games in the playoffs.
until then, it’s 8 or 830

All sporting events should be based around Central (God's) time zone

I’ll be honest, I liked the later home game starts. The atmosphere for game 3 was legit.
