I think that you are an idiot blinded by the axe you are grinding. First, the new lease keeps the team here for 12 more years. Secondly, Benson is buying the team to leverage it with his other area investments. If people go to Hornets games he makes money on the Hornets and all of his other investments make more money. He is buying it because it's in his best interest to see them succeed. I'm sorry Benson screwed you or someone you know in the past. He's an a-hole, but go troll somewhere else.

Twitter is reporting that the purchase price is about $338 million.
