I've lost count of how many double-digit leads the Pels have given up. There's too much talent on this team for us to miss the playoffs even with Zion out.

Willie gets out-coached way too often. It's only so much "motivation" a team can run on. At some point, you need a strategy.

He is a failure at substitutions! Doesn't ever seem to have the right players in the game, and sits some players for an entire game who need some playing time.
