The complete lack of hustle and effort in this 2nd half is extremely disappointing. This abomination of a game is the last straw for me. Time for a change next year.

He’ll learn and grow. This franchise ran off Monty bc he was too stubborn and the offense wasn’t always productive . Now he’s seen As one of the best in the league .
Now starting Jonas with the plan of doubling to help him from the jump was a terrible plan and it should have been obvious that to every coach in the room . That 14-0 start where we scrambled all over the place lost the game .

He needs better assistant coaches. We've been there with better tactical head coaches who couldn't get a message across, but Willie's problem seems more like there's no message at all. I think good assistants can make the plan and let Willie work on buying in.
