While that may be true, this board associates the West Bank with all things trashy. No, I’m not from the West Bank.

The same guys hating on people wearing Lebron jerseys would be the first ones to show up in a Jordan jersey if he came out for one last ride.

And a ton more once you head West. We went to an Astros game just about every summer as a kid, and Lake Charles is closer to Houston than N.O.

I’ve asked them before. I will gladly talk shite to every front running douchebag. They’re the ones that would wave goodbye and talk shite when Pels would lose in SKC like they’d be getting on the plane with the teams back to LA or GSW. They can frick all the way off. Most can be found also wearing Cowboys, Yankees or Duke gear.

quote: How is being an Astros fan in BR equivalent to being a Lakers fan in Nola? Yeah I dont get this comparison. When I was in BR there were a bunch of Astros fans and this was well before they were winning.

Why does anyone complain about what MLB team someone from the boot roots for? We don’t have a team, so don’t tell me I have to be a Braves or Astros fan… those cities and teams mean nothing at all to me and have nothing to do with our state.

With that said, “Let’s go Yankees!”

That is true. But Jordan was the best player of all time in the NBA. So there is that.

Sat by four different Laker fans at the game. Surprisingly were good sports with the smack talk I was dishing out. But it was kind of sick just how many Lakers fans there were. On the opening possession Lebron and AD got booed as loud as they did all night, but the play resulted in an AD dunk and when he dunked it the crowd erupted. Ugh. Was the same way when Golden State would come when they were killing it. O well, they took an L which is all that matters.

I’m glad Lebron is on the Lakers though. It combines two hated fan bases.
