I shouldn't be this ticked over game 7 of the season. But I wanna fight. Prolly because this feels like a playoff team and we can't afford to lose games like this. Ugh!

If you wanna be mad, be mad at SVG for playing Josh Hart over Zion in OT.

SVG effed up at the end of regulation and OT but the refs absolutely ate their whistle on some obvious fouls. That other teams get no question.

Game tieing three at the end of regulation was a result of JJ getting mauled

How did they not call a foul on Indy when JJ had the ball near the end of regulation?

He had to force the ball to Lonzo, who was also fouled, then turned it over.

That was the sequence that cost us the game. Inexcusable.

All could have been avoided if SVG had simply called a T.O. to advance the ball.

And SVG said that much post-game.

Can’t really blame a loss on the refs when Turner and Sabonis fouled out with maybe 4-5 of those fouls being bad calls that helped us.

The game should have been won when we were up 106-96 with 2:12 left. We were up 6 with 23 seconds left. Blaming this loss on the refs is embarassing at this point

damn we’ve come a long way but still have a ways to go. Closing out games are what the really good teams do....players and coaches have to do a better job at the end of the game if we ever hope to reach another level

Still inexcusable. He is a veteran coach and his end of game coaching thus far has not been good.

I know one of the refs personally and I know he is old-school taught. Once he was threatened or "embarrassed", the calls went one way. If you have been a watcher of NBA basketball for 10+ years, you saw an old school ref last night totally control the outcome of the game.
After typing that, I realize idk if there is a new-school ref quite yet but superstars still get all the calls, rookies don't get anything. A foul is a foul no matter what and if you blow a call don't make up a call to "even things out" or watch the ball go through the net and then blow for an and-one...

Hart should have been called with a charge, Sabonis was called with two phantom fouls. The refs had bad calls go both ways. It wasn’t their fault we lost. If you notice our announcers don’t point out the bad calls on the other team, I’m sure if we listened to Indiana’s broadcast they would have said the refs almost cost them.

Oh, I didn't say it was excusable.

Really? Phantom calls on Sabonis? I'd love to see some video of the phantom calls. I wonder if it's as clear as Turner hitting Zion on that late layup, or Oladipo standing up from a kneeling position without dribbling to get the ball to Turner for the tie, or Bledsoe being called with a charge then taking the same charge on the next possession only to have the officials swallow the whistle giving Oladipo a wide open three.

Look, the Pels absolutely did not do the things in their control to seal that game. However, to lose that type of lead in that amount of time you need EVERYTHING to go wrong. The Pels did their part with boneheaded plays and decisions, but the refs definitely did their part as well.
