I’m an average fan at best but I do watch most pelicans games. I like reading some of y’alls post , most here follow this team closely.. It seems to me our bench is the worst in the league... do you agree? Why not cut some of these bench players and try some G-League all star players?

No, we don’t. When Niko comes back and Randle is leading the bench again we will be fine in that area, I believe. It is still a bottom half bench, but not in the bottom 5 or so

I blame coaching. Not world beaters but they should be more productive.

When Niko comes back, and Randle keeps playing like he is, he has a legit shot at 6th man of the year. Miller could be serviceable on most teams.

Not the worst, but overall it's not good. But honestly, there aren't a ton of teams with a really good bench.

Alot of it is rotations also..

Frank, Clark and Jrue all on the floor together

No Okafor even though hes shown he can score...

Gentry makes no sense to me, our bench could consist of better players, but we have 9 guys that should play minutes every night, and by now you should know who to play together, yet he changes it every single game for some reason

I blame Gentry’s rotations also. I think he does a bad job of staggering the better players and he will run with a total bench unit for long periods of time. Sometimes they do great, but the group is not consistent.

randle is supposed to be 6th man. Niko can shoot from 3.

Couple of other guys been out.

They were never world beaters on bench and then you lose 2 starters and now you are looking at deep bench playing.
