He was an assistant GM in the Spurs front office for years before we hired him, so he's been tutored by people who know how to build a roster long-term for a supposedly small-market team.

Yep, their GM and owner supposedly met with Howard last night in Miami, which is fricking stupid if true.
You can deny it happened if it's a phone call between your agent and the other team with you in the room.
You can't deny having dinner with the owner of the team you're about to request a trade to.
