I really can't believe that Bledsoe was the reason.

I think they were saying that but Gordon was the issue, for sure.

Yea, LA wouldn't care about Bledsoe. This is about Gordon, and I would turn them down too without Gordon.

That's what Woj is saying now.

quote:

Los Angeles has insisted on keeping Gordon out of the deal, and the league office – which has fully usurped the power of Hornets GM Dell Demps – wants a deal that includes Gordon and the 2012 draft pick. So far, the Clippers have resisted on Gordon, one of the league’s best young shooting guards, and have privately promised him for more than a week that he will not be included into any deal for West.

So, they're trying to trade us Minny's #1 and an injured middling guard? Bledsoe can't be more than filler at this point.

They are trying to trade us a draft pick, a young PG with a knee injury, a project SF/PF tweener, and an expiring contract for the best PG in the league. They can take a fricking hike I guess.

Yea, I'm thinking the clippers are trying to scam us by making us choose between Gordon and the pick. We need a second bidder.

Like someone said earlier, how the frick do they expect to resign Paul, Gordon, and Griffin? And they have two more days to match Jordan's offer sheet from GS.

If you look at the deal on its own without Gordon, its a really shitty deal. With him its a good deal. Really amazing how that works.

I already posted one tweet from this Mavs reporter, but he makes a good point, especially if Gordon wasn't in the deal.

we keep callin it 'ridiculous' + 'I-N-S-A-N-E'. But Clippers keep calling back re CP3, dont they? #sternisanegotiator

@Findawg04 Stern on CP3 sending message that top 10 players changing teams should b steep price. // As it should, in owners minds

I am going to stop looking up info on these trades... It is literally taken over my life and it's only stressing me out. At this point I don't care if we get scrubs for Paul. I just do not want Chris Paul to pull a Lebron James on us

He doesn't wanna pull a LBJ on us. He helped us out by saying he'd go to the Clippers and likely excercise his option.
