If I'm coaching I tell Demarcus let it go and don't argue, hustle back and get on defense and make them pay with determined play.
I then go to our media dept and have them cut a video of very game with all the noncalls and bullshite that DMC takes. And submit it after every damn game, I'd have it posted to teams social media accounts, I'd have players posting it.. make the NBA address the way he is treated, but have him work to try and control his passion a little more.
I'd be fined so damn hard by the NBA but frick em.

Yeah he obviously has a bad rep with the refs and something needs to be done about it. Most of his technicals are him arguing or responding to missed calls. I think other players realize this and do things to provoke him. He doesn't have the temperament to let it go.
