You are seeing the wrong issue. CJ was not the main reason we lost tonight. But was also not the reason we won or helped us keep composure.

There's no denying that CJ has been disappointing, but I disagree with the people calling "forced shots" low IQ. Posters here said the same thing about Brandon Ingram non stop after every loss until last year. CJ and BI are very similar in that their bread and butter are bad shots for most players.

People keep saying CJ is trying to be the man, and while I do agree his role needs to change, I don't think he's playing that different from what he did in Portland. The difference is he's a career 45/39 shooter but this season he's shooting 40/32. If he's shooting at his career averages he goes from goat to hero and every Pels overtime loss probably never gets to overtime and we're looking as strong as Boston.

For CJ to slot into the supporting role he's more suited for, Zion and Ingram need to stay healthy at the same time.

sometimes it looks like it's almost painful for him to defer to Zion.

Hey why not lay some of the blame on the coaches. They see the same thing with the players. They watch film. Yet they continue to put those bad decision guys in.

If CJ would turn 5-8 misses into passes BEFORE he takes a wild shot or shoots 5 sec into the shot clock we would prob have an extra 10 pts a game.

Obviously, we'd be a lot better if we had a player who could time travel. If he could wipe out 5-8 misses, he would be a more efficient scorer than Shaq and Zion by a large margin.

That, combined with his 10 assists you claim he should have if he made better decisions, would render the argument between Lebron vs MJ a relic of the past. He would be the best basketball player of all time, with no close second. Leading the best offense of all time. No team would come remotely close to our offensive efficiency if we scored 10 more points a game. That would be 123 pts/100 possessions. No team, including the prime Warriors, have ever scored more than 116 for a season.

You are such a joke. You don't understand how ludicrous the nonsense you type is.

Love CJ. Just have to live with the handful of awful lazy turnovers every game. His leadership and scoring more than make up for it tho

Just a good thing that he turns it over less than BI, Zion, Jose, etc., right?
