I did. I said that a players prime was around 23-25. I said that I thought Ingram should be hitting his prime around that time, I think he was 24 at the time.
I think it was Bronc at the time debated back and he won. I walked it back and admitted he was right. I have said it several times since in multiple threads. Just like I am doing again.

Yes. But he can't lose it all in a summer. Body recomposition of that magnitude, while retaining or expanding his athletic gifts is very difficult. I'm hoping he's under 260. That would be a tremendous thing.

The impact metrics such as LEBRON and RAPTOR say that the average peak is at 28.
It would certainly be higher if you took out guys who had terrible injuries and were never able to come back the same way.
