Yeah exactly why pelicans are seriously thinkjng hard about getting Scoot.

So Scoot can be our “number 1” and lead us to the playoffs even if Zion is out hurt?

You do realize every draft class and the depth of the class is different right? Not every class is the same? And the only reason people are saying he’s going two is because the hornets dont want to draft Scoot because of lamelo. And the hornets are one of the worst drafting franchise in the past decade. They literally have hit only on lamelo.

I don’t know but I know BI couldn’t do it last year and his contract is up in 2 years.

Again ..to this very second.. bi best comparison is to Durant.. and his numbers continue to grow…winning chips is a team sport. Even Jordan didn’t do it by himself

Are you saying right now BI is like Kevin Durant? If you say yes, I’m done with this conversation because its useless to argue if you already think hes KD.

I am 100% picking BI over Zion after how the season ended. The team was built around Zion playing. You can’t blame BI because $30+ million was sitting on the bench during the playoff crunch.

Jesus this board is either filled with people who over value Zion or over value BI. Which after four years both of them together have honestly shown nothing but one great december and first round exit.

Why? I dont understand why we need to wait one year. You think in one year this team will magically all stay healthy and win the title or be title contenders? Are you going off last years one great month of December which to be fair BI didnt even play in?

It’s because we’ve seen what they do when they are together!! Small sample size yes but we are a small market teammm…we probably wont ever have this much talent on this team again. No matter what/who we trade for. Who says scoot won’t want to bounce around like all these new era players

Just stop blaming bi for Zions malfunctions…it’s not the whole team we need to get right…just zion

Who is the bigger injury risk going forward between BI or Zion? Obviously Zion. If you trade away BI and Zion stays hurt, we are screwed. You have to keep at least one of them. They are too good when healthy. If I have to choose between them, I’m keeping the one who is less of an injury risk.

Right…I’m not into trading either of them atm…but if it’s a zion for scoot package I’m not arguing so hard

Ur foolish to argue against that…of course bi ain’t there, prolly never get there to that level but kd/bi comparison is common among talking nba heads that do more than type …body type/ length /offense /defense…very similar…shiddd just hit that google button
