It's been years since I've read his work, but this thread just reminded me of Bill Simmons ragging on the Pels for paying Jrue instead of signing Jennings for cheaper.

I still listen to his podcast sometimes. Overall he knows basketball more than 99.9% of people. He just doesn’t know the Pels like we do.

Was that recently? Because when we traded for Jrue, Bill said we should have maxxed Jennings instead.
