Catching and rebounding the ball is still 50/50 with him but he defended Jokic really well. Showed he's still a viable piece in the rotation. This team is so deep.

He was great. Honestly gave us what Val gives us usually

I'm happy for him, he never complains and just does his job. Great teammate and locker-room guy.

Call me crazy but I think he’s better than Jonas. He knows his role and doesn’t try to take over games. His defense is much better than Jonas as well.

He had the game of his career today. Most complete game since he's been here. But let's not get crazy now. Billy definitely earned minutes in the rotation but I'm don't think anyone should be shitting on JV.

Wasn't Billy awesome against Embiid last year?

Yes, he had a really good offensive game but it wasn't a complete game like today where he was very good defensively as well.

I’ll admit I’m not a Jonas fan.

Jonas tried to trade blows with Jokic and he got into foul trouble. Billy just tried to keep up and get blown past. Jokic still had 32/16 in 37 minutes so no one really did "well" but at least Billy didn't get run off the court.

Jokic had 25 points in the first half. 7 points in the early part of the 3rd quarter with JV in the game. Once JV got called for his 5th foul, Hernangomez subbed in and Jokic proceeded to score 0 points for the rest of the game.

You're making box score analysis?

Anybody catch how his brother Juancho dapped almost every Pelican after the Toronto game. Seemed like genuine bro hugs.

Billy should start over JV when BI comes back.

Better defensively, and can run so much better than JV

Billy is in no way, shape or form better or a better fit than Jval
