I have been able to access any game using the NBA app on my phone... and I do not have league pass. I just cast it to my TV. We tried the experiment with my wife's phone and she had access too. IDK what is going on but you might want to try it.

I’m not saying the app isn’t shitty.
Just to try different avenues to access it.
I’ve experienced similar issues with certain apps. For instance, the tnt app is a pile of shite, as is the tbs app. It usually works on my RokuTV, sometimes it has issues. It rarely works on my AndroidTV, and almost always works well on the firetv.

I’ve experienced the audio lag before on the Ballys app through the roku, but not recently.
Try updating the roku and making sure the apps are updated. Also there’s a way to clear the cache on a roku and that did wonders for my plex app. Come to think of it, since I cleared the cache I haven’t had any issues with any app.
It’s a weird process like you’re putting in the up/down/up/down/a/b/a/b code on a Nintendo.

I’ve watched every game on Ballys through my AppleTV here in Baton Rouge and have had zero issues. No login problems, no lagging, nothing. The quality is actually better than watching a game on YouTubeTV.

I don't understand how the league hasn't intervened in some of these broadcast deals. It's absolutely ridiculous that people in South LA have to watch a NOLA NBA game on a fricking streaming service.

Pull up streameast (streameast.is) in your browser on fire TV or whatever streaming device (silk browser on fire TV works).

Click NBA then the pelicans game. You'll just have to click stay on the page a couple times when you go to hit play and to expand full screen and then it's completely fine all game

I have Roku too and Ballys shut me out last night as well — and I had people over to watch the game. Worse sat on hold for 30 minutes for customer support and never got through. Finally gave up and pressed 1 for a call back and never got that either.

It came back online around 11 pm and I watched the replay. But the cook out/game watch thing was a total bust. Had to watch Bulls/Celtics!
