They don’t have to be “on Jrue’s level”. Which by the way is not a thing because Jrue’s level changes drastically game to game.
I’m just done with him. I’ll be excited when Evil Jrue plays and frustrated the other 60-70% of the time. I’d rather see a player on our timeline.

IMO, Jrue is above average when he is playing within the game. But when the possessions matter, it is like a switch flips in his brain that turns him full retard.
