Another example of how bad Griff is at his job…..

Cavs have been stuck in mediocrity for years and their future looked pretty bleak not having a star. Mobley looks like he may be the real deal but is still a rookie.

But here they sit at 5th place in the east, while we languish at the bottom.

Point I’m making is we should have 3 key players in their starting lineup on our team if Griff was competent at his job.

Passed on Garland to trade down when he knew Balls contract was coming up soon. Passed on trading for Lauri when offered for Ball at the deadline. And probably again at the start of fa.

And Rubio was traded for scraps while Griff was too busy chasing CP3 and Lowry instead of a more realistic obtainable vet that was needed…..

A team with no treasure trove of assets like us and no player of BI’s caliber on the roster already is better than us. Sad.
