I just read this entire thread. What a roller coaster
Can't fault people for watching that first half and getting riled up in this thread. Nobody could've predicted what happened in the second half. Not to take credit away from the team and Gentry (because the turn around that happened about 3 minutes into the second half was nothing short of a miracle), but it definitely helped that Sacramento has such a young core. Veterans like Vince Carter and ZBo can only influence them so much.

Also, I heard that Boogie became the first player ever to record 40 points, 20 boards, 5 dimes, and make 3 threes in a game. EVER.

don't let it distract you from the fact that Chris Webber dropped a N-Bomb, then dropped the dumbest quote ever attributed to a head coach, and the Falcons blew a 28-3 lead in the Super Bowl

This made me laugh out loud.

E'Twaun played much much better in the second half. He was getting absolutely abused in the first.

It was bound to even out. It's pretty rare to score 70 in the first half and wind up with 140 or even 130. You score that much by being unsustainably hot. To me the questionable part was would Cousins be able to play enough minutes to win? With Cousins they are a far superior team, but if he fouls out or even needs 8 more minutes rest (he played 44), I'm not sure they get it done.

Sacramento was absolutely due for some regression, but with how out of sorts we seemed I certainly didn't think we had it in us.

Jameer Nelson has been unbelievably good for the team. I can only imagine what we will get with Rondo as well, another savvy veteran guard.

Rondo with Jameer coming off the bench will create a great deal of stability at PG. We really need to find one good spot shooter to add to this team. If we can find one guy to catch and shoot behind the 3pt line at a decent clip, we will make teams miserable.
