no.... just look at certain NBA historic events.
Also Stern was on the record about many of them.... it's really not hard to just pay attention.
Eventhough.............. It's all just chatta and talk. Nothing set in stone (obviously).... just saying there's a really good chance due to the history of the NBA and how the "ball bounces"...
