19-17 the rest of the way.

44-38 finally gets us a playoff bid

That record still isn't good enough though for a 5 or 6 seed so we'll be bounced in the opening round per usual.

8-5

Finish 46-36.

I'm hoping that is 6th.

Don't want spurs who will be 4th and get Leonard back in time.

I'm interested to see Cousins' energy tonight. He was pretty focused the whole game last time. Did having an historic game make him satisfied and ready to rest on his laurels a bit or hungry for more?

We play the Spurs tough for some weird reason. I'll take my chances with them over HOU/GSW and probably even OKC/MIN by years end. I think we could at least have a fun series and get a couple Ws.

ETA: CHA is a 2 point favorite tonight. Interesting line.

I think he's excited to play Dwight so that scares me. Jrue on kemba will be fun to watch.

I think we absolutely have to go at least 8-5 during that stretch. 9-4 or 10-3 is definitely possible but with the way this team takes nights off I'm not getting my hopes up. I am really hoping that Monday's comeback win was a springboard to make them really start playing hard every night.

Can't wait to get Hill back. Will help defensively. Wonder if we see Frank Jackson at all. Would help with depth and shooting.

Right now we are the 6 seed, matched up with Minnesota. We need to avoid being the 7 or 8 and I'll like my chances in round 1. Heads down, keep winning boys

How about these numbers.

We have won 10 of our last 15 games.
the 5 losses have come against Dallas at home, Knicks at home, Minny on the road, Memphis on the road, and Atlanta on the road. 4 of those teams are at least 8 games under .500

Of those 15 games, 4 were against playoff teams, beat Miami, beat Boston, beat Portland, loss to Minny, and 1 against a fringe playoff team, beat Detroit.
So we went 4-1 against the good teams, 6-4 against the shitty teams.

That stretch, including this game against the Hornets, is the easiest stretch of the season. Glad we made some moves to get above .500 a good bit, but it could have been better.

It's frustrating, but in light of Boogie's extraordinary effort on Monday, I am confident that this team is going to lay it all on the line tonight.

ETA: After tonight the effort probably comes back down to earth!
