Styx is a good choice.

But I never liked the Geography Bands:

Boston, Chicago, Kansas( although their documentary is pretty cool)

Rush....., they're great musicians and highly respect their virtuosity but Geddy Lee's voice is intolerable for my ears. When they're jamming I can listen but when the singing starts I gotta go.

I don't care what their playing sounds like. Anyone who would promote Geddy Lee's "singing", whether as a fellow band member or fan, is IMO a criminal accessory.

Rush is way more palatable when Geddy stays within his vocal range:

Their best album IMHO.
