Nice lineup this year. Here's to hoping that mulberry mountain is better in the fall than it was last weekend.

Harvest Fest is moving on up. Kopecky Family band brings it down some.

Of course, but I'm biased towards the ones who give me free booze ;)

i wonder what they are gonna do about the thunder on the mountain this weekend? gonna still be a muddy mess. the promotors where calling around fayetteville, trying to get a beer permits and new locations to have the shows but i never heard if they pulled it together, wal mart shareholders meeting is going on this weekend too, so there's a shite ton of people in town.

You've apparently never witnessed the beauty of a thunderstorm on a mountain. You're fricking terrible at being a wook

I talked to a guy yesterday that works putting on the shows down there and he said they had to bulldoze the whole waka to get rid of all the tents and trash, they brought it all kinds of peat soil or something that's supposed to be firmer and sod to get ready for the festival this weekend.

I don't doubt it.
That place looked like God dropped a water balloon on it

I was talking to Hubbhog yesterday about it, he said it was still awesome, i'm def gonna go to Harvest Fest this year, hopefully it's not as intense.

Oh I had a blast. The only thing that really sucked were the cancelled shows and how long it took to actually enter the festival.
I'm planning on being at Harvest for sure. I'm loving the lineup

Harvest always has a good lineup, I may try to go this year. It's hard for me to pass up a chance to see Railroad again

A friend of mine got someone to be our sober driver to see them in Birmingham when I was in school at Alabama. I had never heard of them but my friend was really amped up to go see some music on a random wednesday. They were interesting i guess, nothing special that stood out to me. They had some weird rapper, beatbox girl that maybe did a little bit of electronic shite that my friend absolutely loved and he bought her cd (was probably substance induced love). I think we made it about 10 miles back to Tuscaloosa before he tossed it out the window.
I should probably also add this friend has terrible taste in music.
