They played Bonnie, but it was 45 minutes late. I guess OZ doesn't stick to the clock like Fest does.

The Ella Fitzgerald show is on again. The station said the stream crashed this morning due to 4x the expected listening.

Fats has been a nice lead-in to draft night, with talking heads on mute. GOAT boogie woogie followed by GOAT Burrow.

Wayne Toups doing Tell It Like It Is reminded me of my favorite JF memory. Good way to start the day.

Galactic 2012 in right now.
Great memories of that set!
Kinda wish WWOZ would do a all time greatest sets voted on by the paying listeners. I would imagine they have a pretty good catalog to do something like this.

It can be the weekend before Jazzfest every year as a kickoff radio.

Myles was amazing.

And holy cow, for some reason I didn't remember the original Voices of the Wetlands lineup being this loaded. Pretty much the entire band are first name legends in New Orleans...Tab, Anders, George, Cyril, Dr. John.
