Wilco was a blast Saturday at Chastain.

Love Chastain. Saw Wilco there a couple of years ago.

I didn't go on Sat, but I've seen them there twice and it's always a good time. 2019 was a good show. They busted out a decent amount of AM and Being There songs toward the end and in the encore.

One of the most fun shows I've been to was Wilco at Chastain in June of 2007. This was their Sky Blue Sky tour and it poured the entire show until the very end. They said they'd play until it stopped raining and it stopped raining after that song. They stopped and came back for an encore.

Wish they were hitting Louisiana this tour.

What pisses me off about Wilco (my very favorite band) is that they seem to skip New Orleans a lot, despite John Stiratt being from the Northshore and Pat Sansone having connections to the area.

They played multiple southern states this tour where New Orleans would seem a natural fit, yet they skipped us. Again.

Besides that, love them.
