What's your favorite classical music piece?

I play piano, and for a change of pace, I'm interested to see what classical music, if any, this board listens to.

For Piano? Nocturne #20, Chopin
My favorite changes all the time for some reason. If I had to pick today I'd say Concierto de Aranjuez, Rodrigo.

There's a pretty good listing in this thread. Personally, I'm a huge classical fan. Aaron Copland probably being my favorite. Yes, he's "modern classical" but IDGF.
