It terms of monetary value, probably Counting Crows' This Desert Life. I read that the masters were destroyed in a fire, hence why it's never been repressed in 25 years.

I have my dad's SGT Pepper's picture vinyl. It sat unopened for years, but as kid I just had to open it and see the actual record. I thought it was the coolest thing ever to have the picture printed on the vinyl. Still do.
