Depends on the day.
A nice, breezy sunny day...Allman Brothers.
I listen to a lot of Foster the People and Broken Bells while running too.

Recently I've been lifting weights to
Undun by the Roots and Rich Forever by Rick Ross
I listen to one album when I run. On top of the World by Eightball and MJG. I know it's kinda of strange , but the album keeps the right mix of slow beats and fast paced rhyming so that I can always stay on cadence in my head. And plus its probably the best rap album ever

You really have different things you like to listen to for specific workouts?
I seriously lol'd at the cool down pat benetar part.

No I mean I know pat benetar songs. I just think its funny you have biceps and cool down music. Like your running on the treadmill listening to system of a down then as you turn the speed down to a walk, pull out your iPad and put Dido on. Pretty didn't know there were different mood music for certain aspects of the body you're working.
