Good stuff. I think I have an old beat up "December" album somewhere.

The Paper Kites "Woodland" & "Young North" EP's
Half Moon Run "Dark Eyes" & "Sun Leads Me On"
Benjamin Francis Leftwich "Last Smoke Before the Snowstorm"
Whitley "The Submarine"
Whitney "Light Upon the Lake"

These are perfect, late night buzzed, campfire albums.

I also enjoy jazz on vinyl on a chilly evening/night...

Jon Nödtveidt was what happens when there is legit talent in Scandinavian metal.

Dissection is and has been such a huge musical influence to me. Somberlain and storm are giant albums in my eyes.

I never listen to The Cure on a bright sunny day--usually on a dreary, cold winter night, late. The Head on the Door LP is my go to.

Exception...Friday I'm in Love.

Yeah, that was an oversight on my part. The cure is a perfect "winter day" band. Also, probably should have a joy division album somewhere in there as well.

An album that you like to listen to during Winter.....I know it seems complicated.....

We live in Louisiana. We don't experience "Winter". Our winter is when the low is 50 and that's only in the morning.

Therefore, I don't ever really reach for a "Winter" album. Plus, many of the albums y'all listed were not ever made in the winter. I believe a "Winter" album would have at least needed to be recorded in the winter.

What albums do y'all pull out for Autumn?

I've always identified with heat and humidity in music....Reckoning, Murmur, Trace, AM, all the Uncle Tupelo, Dems Good Beeble, ...... I've never lived anyplace where it's been cold for longer than a weeks stretch.....and by cold I mean low 20's at night and upper 30s in the day.....not really that cold.

The Queen Is Dead
Kid A
Endtroducing...
Selected Ambient Works '88-'92
The Cellar Door Sessions

I used to think of albums in a more "seasonal" way but over the past few years don't really view it like that anymore.
