The Pretty Reckless - Going To Hell
I avoided this due to the former child actor aspect but I heard a snippet of it and liked the sound. It has a very throwback hard rock approach and I like that so I tried it out. Like I say, the sound is my kind of thing and Taylor Momsen has a surprisingly confident, strong voice. But as I feared, the songs just aren't there. I guess either you have the knack for that kind of thing or you don't.
The only thing that sells better than sex (yes, she's super hot) are good songs. One gets your foot in the door, the other will slam it shut if it isn't up to snuff.
