I always imagined this as the type of song that would be played in a late 80s/early 90s Sci Fi movie. Perhaps a cyberpunk dystopia, or a space thriller staring Rutger Hauer.
Hauer wearing a trenchcoat walks into a cyberpunk bar, and Vitas is on stage performing this song. Right when Vitas does his "bllllllllllll ah ah ah" Hauer pulls out his laser pistol and shoots the bad guy's henchman.
