I'll never understand why Motley Crue was popular to begin with. They are terrible. Their songs are so stupid. I blame females for them being popular. Females are the reason most shitty music exist.
You wouldn't say that to Nikki Sixx's face.

It’s ok you like shitty music
Your apples and oranges comparison is ridiculous just like your apparent disregard for musical achievement. I shouldn’t have expected anything more from an Auburn fan. I like shitty music? Let’s hear what you listen to, smartass. I’m sure it’s hilarious.
Happy Easter to you sir....Now crawl back in your hole.

I mean it's cool I guess that you dislike a band that was highly popular during the 80's, you're always such the contrarian.
But whether you enjoy their music or not, Motley Crue was more than just another 80's hair metal band. Their music is actually badass, and was even more badass for the time.

Damn that's awful. I never got the chance to see the Crue in concert and after watching that it is apparent I never will.

trying to decide who's more embarrassing these days, Vince Neil or David Lee Roth
As a huge KISS fan this has happened to Paul Stanley too. He was actually pretty damn good all the way up to the early 2000s but the quality of his singing took a nose dive after his throat surgery years ago.
Sad to see it happen to all these legendary frontmen but Father Time is undefeated.
Gene still isn’t too bad though.

They've always sucked arse, but that can't be real, can it?

This thread is hilarious
Why? Should we really feel this type of blind contempt over a bloated, flatulent nostalgia act from the 80s ?
I dont get this Crue resurgence. They were shlock when they were "relevant". Hideous in retrospect. The biopic was a disaster. Could be made about any random garbage rap act this board hates so vehemently

Again, that's not real, is it?
Btw, he's a fatas&.

any moron who gives that video clip a serious listen can tell it’s been tampered with and altered.
The vocals may be isolated. I wouldn't consider that tampering with his voice though.

Get away from the Crue's hits on the radio.
Pull up Live Wire or Red Hot or Piece of your Action.
Their stuff is really heavy if you give it a chance. Even though Vince couldnt sing like he used to (who can)...........the band was outstanding on their last tour.
There were not a Chick Band.

I saw Vince Neil perform in Biloxi in November. He wasn’t nearly that bad. Aside from a good chuckle at his hefty appearance, it was an enjoyable show.

Idk. Don’t go Away Mad is a pretty damn good song.

Agreed. Some of the material on Shout at the Devil was not only heavy, it was hard. Check out Bastard and the Helter Skelter remake. They didn’t frick around and Vince Neil could hit all the high notes in those days. You also mentioned Live Wire which was a true classic and their first hit. The Crue were such chameleons with their look and logo which both changed on pretty much every album.

I did. It is still not good. Their songs are very forumlatic, especially the lyrics.
Also Vince Neal is a piece of shite human being. frick that guy.

I think Vince was still driving drunk as recently as a couple of years ago
