Without question. Forever I've mocked the greenpeace, yoga-loving Williamsburg Buddhists, but I really do love the Native American people and their "religion" in more than just a "historical appreciation" way.

Don't be embarrassed. We're all friends here. We all make mistakes... You just make them more often.

Daoism, no not really

I know a decent amount about the other two. I was interested in all that stuff a few years ago.

I've read like 4 Herman Hesse books bro. I'm pretty heady.

I have actually partaken in a Vision Quest on the Crow Reservation of Montana...we were baptized in religious sage, and trekked into the Big Horn mountains as we went on a search to find our spirit animal, and become one with the world...You really don't come back from that

I'm too much of a cynical frick to get into any of it honestly

Buddhism makes a lot of sense though after I read about it a lot. Not that I have any of the things necessary as a person to practice it in anyway.

If you want to be a great leader,
you must learn to follow the Tao.
Stop trying to control.
Let go of fixed plans and concepts,
and the world will govern itself.

The more prohibitions you have,
the less virtuous people will be.
The more weapons you have,
the less secure people will be.
The more subsidies you have,
the less self-reliant people will be.

Therefore the Master says:
I let go of the law,
and people become honest.
I let go of economics,
and people become prosperous.
I let go of religion,
and people become serene.
I let go of all desire for the common good,
and the good becomes common as grass.

Of course.
Jesus isn't real. But you know who was? The bison.
Heaven doesn't exist. But you know what does? Crater Lake. The Tetons. Yosemite.
We're already here.
We've made it.
