Indeed. One of my favorites and I don't mean my favorite by them. I mean its one of my favorite songs, period.

The one from Cheatham? That was SUCH a fun night. Evan was so hammered. During "Diamonds and Gasoline" he sang the same verse twice in a row, then in time for the third verse he said "This is appropriate right about now" and then sang "I ain't the brightest bird that ever flew". Usually when artists get drunk and forget the lyrics, people get annoyed. Ev was so endearing, though, and he was the super secret special guest so the crowd was VERY forgiving. Great time.

And I may not even be going tomorrow, Gruene's sold out so if they guest list is full then I'm SOL.

When we finally do meet up and get together at one of these shows it may bring on the apocalypse.... At the very least the world will never be the same..... I just don't think this planet is strong enough to handle such a high degree of epicness

Doc already said this, but American Aquarium just said they'd be at the Varsity in April or May via twatter- hopefully it'll work out.

As long as its not the first weekend of June I'll be there. If they come the first weekend of June (the same weekend as wakarusa) I will be severely upset and they will be recieving a very angry email from mr. Cotton

This may be it. AA's drummer is my BOY and I actually have to go home to BR around then so I may just coordinate my plans around that show. There will be lots of Jameson.

Well I do love me some Jameson and I'll make sure to bring my guitar and ar-15. The guitar because I refuse to face the apocalypse without it and the ar-15 because I damn sure ain't hitting no zombies with my Taylor.

I'd say you're clear. June 3 they're playing in North Carolina, kind of working the east coast that week (DC on the 4th).

June 8 in Atlanta .. maybe I'll get a chance to see what all the fuss is about ..
