Didn't mean for that to sound so dickish. We can just agree to disagree on a subjective and arbitrary way of classifying bands. I'm down with that

Exactly.

By the way, for the most part, i absolutely hate labels on music.

To me there are only two categories of music, music i like and music i dislike. It doesnt get much more subjective than that.

The Who and Cream were much better at live improv for classic rock bands. That violin bow thing Jimmy Page did was so fricking stupid and sounded horrible.

Speaking of, ive been told there is a good documentary about him on netflix. Anybody seen it?

Also, if anybody is into fela kuti, his live album with ginger baker is amazing.

I saw The Who at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles when I was 14. It was awesome.
