I mean his shite is entertaining live after eating more drugs than I would like to. But it just gets old after a while. I could check out this single set with some live peeps playing with him though.

Plus I saw him as one of three people playing an aftershow at Zydeco like 4 years ago when all he had was a mac and no lights (the irony of his name at that show was awesome) and it was pretty much the same thing. Not sure how he blew up so fast after that.

Hot Like Sauce (which is still pretty catchy)

I'm sure Deitich is sick on drums, but I don't have much interest in a Pretty Lights show these days- especially after being at Jazz Phest all day.

Anyone ever check out Bonobo? Kind of the same idea as Pretty Lights, but I like it a lot more.

He did a tour with a live band that was pretty sweet.

I saw pretty lights at hangout a few years ago and it was pretty bad. Not as bad as big gigantic, but not my cup of tea regardless.

haha, I assumed you were talking last year.

There was a rift in our crew for Anders vs. Big G. I'm glad the Big G melvins left our spot.

If that was my crew, it wouldve been a lot smaller by the end of the day.

I'm debating missing the first 25 or so of the phish to catch some of Robert Plant.

I will have to see the start times for both once the schedules come out.

PL FAMILY REPRESENT

That's me after my pinning. After boofing liquid deemsters with the family all night the Rev decided it was time to make it official. It was a very special time. Not everyone gets pinned for real. Lots of kidz buy their pins and its not right. So, the Rev found the scummiest crackhead on lot to pin me. Before it could really be official I had to dose rape a 14 year old and ruin his life for stealing a tank from a friend of a friend of a friend 4 years ago in ohio. Then I had to contract hep C. Once I was truly a disgrace to all humans I was pinned. We cried in the back of the Rev's '88 Corolla and all too thumbprints in the Denny's parking lot. Afterward we all had dinner, and my girl whispered in my ear, "You deserve this, baby" and then she farted on my cock.

That sounds like a good idea, but in reality will be horrible. If you had a good spot for Plant then it will take you a while to get out of there plus you will be out of the stratosphere for the Phish show. Saturday at the Fairgrounds is always insanely packed, and with Phish being there the crowd will be truly massive.

Id suggest catching Phish first then leaving early and listen to Plant behind the Gentilly stage. The sound really isnt bad at all.

Who the frick is going to be at Robin Thicke with Plant and Phish going. I mean the normal congo crowd isn't even going to be at the fest that day.

It really just depends on who starts first and all, if I had good spot staked out for the phish I probably won't leave. I was hoping that RP would start a little before phish and I could catch the beginning of his, start to make my way over to acura and miss the first 30 or 45 of phish while traveling.

I am pretty positive I am just going to have to miss all of RP but don't want to admit defeat yet.

I am going to be camped out at Acura all day. Really hope Anders opens for Phish.

Hoping for
Raw Oyster Cult->Sonny Landreth->Anders Osborne->Phish

Great guitar day

Plant might start at 4:45 with Phish going on at 5, but yeah if you're not at Acura at 5, you'll be standing on the track in the back if you try and get over there.

That would be ideal. I was still holding out hope Plant would go on before Phish.
