I don't think you can call a similar line a blatant rip off. Feels very much like a case of inspiration. Thanks for pointing it out though, big fan of Stolen. It was used perfectly in one of the best endings in Scrubs.

The folklore studio sessions dropped on Disney+ last night. Very well done and a great look into the album. Hearing her and Dessner break things down between each song was great.

Those saying she has no talent are insane.

What a bunch of dimbasses hating on this artist. Is she Mozart? No. Does she put way more though and effort into her work than what the majority of people on this board put into their careers? Yes. Even if she didn’t actually give a shite about her craft (she does), any successful artist spends way more time in their craft than most people put into their work lives.

It’s not like she’s some dumbass talking puppet with other people doing all the work, like many try to pretend because it makes them feel better to think that they’re somehow superior to or have better taste than a popular artist. Great buddy. You like King Crimson or Rush. You’re so fricking cool because you like artists with “real talent.”

Listened to the Bon Iver song. Never wondered what Bon Iver would sound like if it sold out and did a duet w/ a vapid no-talent pop hack but now i know. Taylor Swift is cynical derivative and mind-numbing. Overly produced and under creative.
