Still don't understand it. But that's ok, cuz its almost impossibly to describe most music, using words.

I enjoy some future-pop styles.

But I don't like pure techno. Which to me, is just droning beats, meant to enhance a drug fueled high.

imo the best dubstep is the remixes of other songs. check out thissongissick.com or goodmusicallday.com

dosent get any better then Bassnectar as far as live shows go... lights, Wildstyle, Matrix

I got drunk last Saturday and nearly started a fight yelling at another fraternity for playing dubstep loudly. That shite really ticks me off when I'm drunk. Not sure how anyone can stand it.

Dubstep =/= techno. Techno is a seperate genre of electronic music.

Dubstep is almost always in the 140 bpm range and focuses heavily on the off beats. They strive for a darker, grittier scary sound.

Dubstep and Drum N Bass are the heavy metals of electronic music.
