re: Songs that completely fade out and then come back in

Been doing a deep dive about this technique, and one source I read indicated that for Strawberry Fields Forever, Martin wanted to hide some percussion errors in the take that got used for the back end of the song, so the fade out hides those errors, but then fades back in because there was a later part of the song that they all wanted to keep (if you find take 26, you can hear the part that was faded out).

For Helter Skelter, Paul wanted to make two different versions of the song so that it could increase sales, so the stereo had the fade ins and fade outs and the mono didn't.

Does this qualify?

I am talking about the before "I see a little silhouetto of a man." I thought that it kind of fades out or maybe just stops before that part, but maybe I am misremembering or maybe that's not even the kind of thing that you are talking about Haha
