Boy, do you not have S-K's audience pegged at all. It's not ironic hipster, it's feminist punk rockers. It's the same crowd that owns every Fugazi album and considers Kathleen Hanna the more famous person in her marriage (to Ad Rock of the Beastie Boys). This isn't really the skinny jean crowd. It's older and more bitter. Also, S-K is super earnest, not ironically detached. They care very, very deeply about things. They make Pearl Jam look unengaged.

Go. Bring earplugs. Corrin can scream like no one else on the planet. And she'll do a lot of it. They aren't twee. Don't expect Mumford and Sons or anything Lilith Fair-esque.

I dare you to scream out WOMEN & WOMEN FIRST while you are at this show.
