Well just for Beatles: Sgt Peppers, White Album, Revolver, and Magical Mystery Tour. Rubber Soul is close, but probably not better than Abbey Road.

Past the Beatles, I dunno, too much effort to list. Like I said it could take a while.

The fact that they have so many to choose from only cements their legacy. They are the G.O.A.T. and it ain't even close.

I am not an ambulance chaser, but I have to ask, in general, how does one get the label of a wannabe ambulance chaser? They aspire to be, but just don't have the energy? Oh, and Radiohead should never be mentioned in a greatest anything thread other than most overrated band ever.

I wasn't the one calling you an ambulance chaser.

Beatles were more innovative and influential

Stones just kicked more arse.

It really comes down to what my mood is like

I realize that, but I pretty much try not to address Burt. Dude's unstable and possibly posting from a home.

I don't think the Stones had a "Sgt Peppers" kind of album that was just like...the first god damn thing ever

They had lots of really really good albums. But nothing like massive culturally influential and like socially important like the Beatles

So the Beatles always have a little edge over the Stones. Although the Stones are definitely more "fun" and will always be the better rock and roll band of the two

Can't argue with anything y'all have said re: the Stones. The Beatles just do it for me on so many levels in ways the Stones just can't.

ETA: I love the stones as well

You see, I thought that ambulance chaser was an insult used to address lawyers who go after frivolous personal injury law suits. Hence they are chasing ambulances to get new clients so that they can sue somebody. I was a little confused by his use of it, but I figured that he knows something about you that I don't.

I definitely agree that the Beatles were way bigger than any other band in the history of music. When they said they were more popular than Jesus they weren't lying.

I love the Beatles, I just enjoy the Stones more. Their music just fuels a party time.

The more i listen to each the more insulting I find it to the Beatles to compare them to the stones. I think Led Zeppelin and ELO are better comparisons IMO.

For the record: I have always enjoyed the stones sound, as Captain mentioned, good for party music.
