Saw them at The Woodlands last night. Definitely their most elaborate show. Took my youngest to the show as her first concert - Fear of the Dark, her favorite song.

Lost our voices - stayed out to late on a school night - she’ll wear a concert shirt to school today that will probably get her disapproving looks - but she’s a fan for life now.

Awesome! Love seeing the younger generation introduced to real music.

One guy at the end of my row had his little girl with him. She couldn’t have been older than 7 or 8, so dad had her outfitted with hearing protection.

I also got a kick out of seeing so many fellow Gen-Xers with their high-school-aged kids in tow.

The show was fricking fantastic, too.

I was one those. It was a great bonding experience. I probably ruined concerts for her in the future though because I have no idea how we’ll ever top that night.

This. I met up with a high school friend who brought his 12 year old daughter to her 2nd concert ever. Now he is frustrated because she will probably never be able to see a better concert than Maiden. She has peaked at age 12 for concerts.

It was mind blowing. It was like it was 1983 all over again. They haven't lost a step.

For those at the Texas shows that might have missed out on the Texas themed Maiden t shirts because of crazy long lines, they are on sale now in the Maiden web store for the next 24 hours.
