Just read where 99x was cancelled today.
They had a great return run. They brought me back to terrestrial radio after streaming and satellite came around.
Leslie Fram of the Morning X was ousted a few months back and apparently today was the last broadcast of the regular shows and DJs.
Great station. Great personalities.

Didn't realize she had come back to Atlanta. Last I had seen she was in Nashville as some bigger up at CMT.
Are Kicks 101.5 and V103 the only two Atlanta music stations that continue on air with the same format from prior to 2000? It's crazy to think that Dallas McCade could be the longest running active DJ in the city.

The mid 90s were the best time to listen to 99X, IMO. After that, I thought the show got a very big ego. Recently, I really enjoyed their early Sat and Sunday morning shows.
