Great place to be. A lot of people are moving there and the Denver metro real estate market is on fire right now.

Like most every other metro area in the country. It's the Colorado Rocky Mountain High.

It's a nice place to visit. Not my cup of tea. People driving around in Land Rovers with save the whales stickers type shite. Red Rocks is fricking gorgeous and a must see for any musician though. It's a thing for a reason. Just too liberal for me. But they have so many great breweries, and the legal reefer. But like anything else, everyone will flock there and it will become played out and people will move on to the next thing or place.

I feel like Nashville is there and its why I don't just pick up and leave Lexington and move there. I'd love to just play music for a living, I don't need this fricking big arse house to myself. I dunno, I guess you gotta take chances uin life.

It's because The Ranch was such a hit on Netflix.

Have you been to only Red Rocks and Boulder? Calling Colorado liberal, outside of exactly two metro areas, is insane. It's, guns, God, and 4-wheelers, dude.

Metallica's James Hetfield has relocated from San Francisco to Colorado. I've been a Metallica fan for ages and have never known him to be a pot-smoker; he may just dig the scenery. He noted in a recent interview that San Francisco's politics were a factor in driving him away.
